DULUTH, MN – Duluth-based law firm Fryberger, Buchanan, Smith & Frederick, P.A. recently announced the return of attorney Melissa Maloney.
Maloney received her juris doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2001 and is certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a Real Property Law Specialist – a certification program administered by the Minnesota State Bar Association and approved by the State Board of Legal Certification.
Maloney previously practiced at Fryberger for more than 12 years before serving as a real estate attorney for the City of Duluth. Having rejoined the team at Fryberger, Maloney will continue to focus her practice on real estate law and related transactional work.
“Coming back feels natural. I’ve worked with almost everyone here before,” Maloney said. “Fryberger has a strong real estate and municipal bond practice, and I’m looking forward to getting back into that work.”
“We’re thrilled to welcome Melissa back,” said Fryberger President Mia Thibodeau. “Her depth of experience in real estate law and her familiarity with our practice make her a tremendous asset to our clients and our team.”
When Maloney isn’t practicing law, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
