DULUTH, MN—Fryberger, Buchanan, Smith & Frederick, P.A., a law firm headquartered in Duluth, Minnesota, announced attorney Christopher Virta has been made a shareholder.
Since 2009, Virta has served Fryberger’s many clients well. He has extensive experience in public finance, economic development, and municipal law. He has used his knowledge to help and educate others, and has presented at conferences on topics ranging from tax increment and tax abatement to strategies for financing public infrastructure. Virta is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the Minnesota Institute of Public Finance and the Minnesota Bar Association. He has a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Dakota and received his juris doctor with distinction from the University of North Dakota School of Law.
