Attorney John R. Gasele Named Partner at Fryberger, Buchanan, Smith & Frederick P.A.

The law firm of Fryberger, Buchanan, Smith & Frederick P.A. is pleased to announce John R. Gasele has been named as a partner in the firm.

Mr. Gasele, a 2006 cum laude graduate of the William Mitchell College of Law, concentrates his practice in the areas of Administrative and Government Law, Trademark and Copyright Law, Business/Corporations/Partnerships, Internet Law and Wind Energy Law. Mr. Gasele has been named a Rising Star, Super Lawyers Magazine (2012), and a Top Lawyer, Duluth Superior Magazine (2009-2012 Trademark and Copyright).

Mr. Gasele is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Federal Court for the District of Minnesota and the American Bar Association. He is a 2009 graduate of Leadership Duluth (Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce) and on the Board of Directors for the Second Harvest Northern Lakes Food Bank.
