DULUTH, MN—Duluth-based law firm Fryberger, Buchanan, Smith & Frederick, P.A. recently announced that attorney David Pritchett has been made a shareholder.
Pritchett joined Fryberger’s Duluth office in 2020, bringing his experience in real estate law, corporate law, business succession planning, and municipal law to the firm. He has served as Minnesota counsel for PotlatchDeltic Corporation and as Town Attorney for Thomson Township since 1991, among many other clients.
Pritchett is on the boards of the Cloquet Educational Foundation; Every Day Hope and Every Day Ministries; and Oldenburg Arts & Cultural Community.
Prior to Fryberger, Pritchett was a partner for nearly 30 years at the Rudy Law Firm in Cloquet. He earned his Juris Doctor in 1987 from University of Texas School of Law, with honors. He has been practicing law for more than thirty years.
