Labor and Employment

You are here: Home / Legal Services / Labor and Employment

Our firm has extensive experience in state and federal labor matters, including union organization, negotiation and mediation of collective bargaining agreements, local area labor agreements, project labor agreements, grievances, and representation against unfair labor charges before the National Labor Relations Board.

We are experienced in representing employers in all state and federal courts on labor issues, including claims of pension or health and welfare fund assessments. We also advise employers on pension fund withdrawal liability issues and the avoidance of litigation or unfair labor practice charges.

We represent employers in the sale or purchase of businesses with pension funds, successor liability, or other labor-related issues.
